PCART Volunteer Profile Update and Signup Page:
 2020-2021

If you are currently a PCART volunteer and wish to remain on our mailing list, or if you are interested in volunteering in some capacity in the coming year, please fill out the 2020-2021 Volunteer Profile form below. After you fill out the form:
  • If you are already credentialed by OK-MRC, please visit www.okrmc.org to verify that you are up-to-date on your training. Download your certificates and send copies to PCART Volunteer Coordinator at susan.grammer@okstate.edu.
  • If you are not already credentialed through the Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corp you must register at www.okmrc.org.  MRC will complete a background check and you will be required to complete basic online training modules before you will receive your MRC Badge and T-shirt.  Please feel free to join us at our monthly meetings while you wait for your MRC credentials, however you will not be able to deploy with the team until your MRC training and background check are complete.
Once you complete the Profile Form below you will eventually be contacted and asked to send copies of any certificates you have received from OK-MRC or FEMA training courses to our Volunteer Coordinator by email. These certificates must be maintained in our files and those of the Payne County Emergency Manager in order for you to have liability coverage through the County while deployed.  If you cannot access your current MRC Certificates please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at susan.grammer@okstate.edu.

Your certificates also allow us to match your skills and experience to the needs of PCART in both Emergency and non-emergency situations. We must know about the training and experience of each of our volunteers in order to keep you safe.

Life safety for our volunteers is our top priority!!

Once you click SUBMIT we will receive an email with your information and add you to our mailing list. It is important that we collect this information from past volunteers as well as new volunteers once a year so please submit as soon as possible.

Thank your for completing the form and for gathering your certificates. Remember, our priority is to keep our volunteers safe in the field by matching up assigned tasks with your background.

If you and/or your business can provide Resources to PCART, please use the Resource Questionnaire Link.

Examples of Resources include:
  • personnel and/or equipment
  • tractor, truck and/or trailer, livestock trailer
  • feed, halters, lead ropes, leashes, feed dishes/buckets
  • corral, crates, litter pans, plastic sheeting trash cans and liners
  • generator
  • use of boarding and/or grooming facilities
  • physical locations such as a barn, field, and/or boarding facilities, parcel of land, other livestock holding areas or services

    Payne CART Volunteer Profile -2020-2021

    Annual Roll Call:

As we move forward in 2020, hoping that there will soon come a time that we can meet and train in person, it is time to update our current volunteer list.  This survey allows us to update your contact information as well as save information about the talents, skills, and experience you bring to our organization. Also, since your safety is our priority when you work with us, we must know enough to assign you to appropriate tasks in an emergency deployment in 2020-2021.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the new Volunteer Profile form.  Do not forget to click SUBMIT!  Once you click the SUBMIT button we will receive your response and update our files.

Thank you for being a member of the Payne County Animal Response Team.  If you can no longer be a member of our Team, please let us know so that we can update our records!

    Contact Information

Experience directly with animals is not required. We have many tasks that do not require experience handling animals.

Rabies vaccination is not required to be a PayneCART member, but it will be required for some assignments at the discretion of the Animal Agent in Charge.

We ask this question to estimate the likelihood of a volunteer being able to deploy when called. You do not have to answer this question.
