Can you become a Resource for the County Animal Response Team?

A PCART Resource is an individual, a business, or another organization that is a source of help or information for PCART.  Submission of the form below is NOT an agreement to provide Resources. It is a statement that you would consider doing so in an emergency. Some resources are donated, while others may be provided at a price, which is often reduced. Resources such as veterinary clinics are listed to be called if we take in animals that cannot be treated at the emergency shelter.

Examples of Resources include:
  • personnel and/or equipment
  • tractor, truck and/or trailer, livestock trailer
  • feed, halters, lead ropes, leashes, feed dishes/buckets, portable fence panels
  • corral, crates, litter pans, plastic sheeting trash cans and liners
  • generator
  • use of boarding and/or grooming facilities
  • physical locations such as a barn, field, and/or boarding facilities, parcel of land, other livestock holding areas or services
  • veterinary medical services

RESOURCES FOR THE PCART
2023 Resource Profile

Annual Roll Call:

As we move forward in 2019, it is time to update our list of Resources for PCART for the coming year. Please take a few minutes to fill out the new Resource Profile Questionnaire.  Once you click "SUBMIT" we will receive your response and update our files.

Please remember that filling out this form is not a commitment to provide the items or services in an emergency. It is only a notice of items and services that you MIGHT be able to provide if needed.  Some Resources are donated and others are made available for purchase at a reduced rate.  No assumptions will be made, and someone will contact you personally for more information.

Thank you for being a Resource to the Payne County Animal Response Team.  If you do not expect to be able to provide resources you have told us about in the past, please let us know.

Please fill in the form below if you would like to continue to be a Resource for PCART.  Please be sure to provide contact information so that we can follow up with you. Once you click "SUBMIT" your responses will be sent to PayneCART.

    Contact Information for Resources
Please list a telephone number and the name of a person we can contact in an emergency.
Please include the best address for the contact person listed above.
At this point this is NOT an agreement to provide these items/resources, but a statement that you would considering doing so in an emergency. Examples include: truck, trailer, feed, halters, lead ropes, leashes, feed dishes/buckets, corral, crates, litter pans, plastic sheeting, generator, trash cans and liners, physical locations such as a barn, field, and/or boarding facilities, etc.
This form is not a contract, but a list of resources you would consider providing in the even of an emergency. A PCART Team Member will contact you to follow up and learn more about your potential resources.
