Spring/summer 2018 availability and resource estimate

PCART members and contacts/resources:

The Oklahoma State Animal Response Team (OK-SART) has asked us to update them on our team capacity for the upcoming storm season, beginning in the coming week when significant tornadic activity is a possibility.

Please take a minute to fill out the following survey to help us determine our capacity to respond to emergencies in the coming months.  Some of our members are faculty/staff/students at OSU and so may be away during the summer months.  If this survey form does not work in your browser, please send your answers to the PCART Volunteer Coordinator, Susan Grammer, at susan.grammer@okstate.edu.
  • If you have not yet filled out a 2018 Volunteer Profile or a 2017/2018 Resource Form you can do that at the following link:  paynecart.org/becoming-a-volunteer-or-a-resource.html
  • If you are not already credentialed through the OK-MRC or not sure whether your training is up-to-date, please go to the MRC website and either register and complete online training, or log in to your account to view your training results: www.okmrc.org.
  • If you can provide resources to PCART in the event of a local emergency but do not wish to train and deploy with the team you can make us aware of the resources you can provide here:  https://www.paynecart.org/2018-resource-questionnaire.html
  • If you have already completed these forms in the past few months and have completed your OK-MRC training, please answer the questions below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS WITH A RED ASTERISK MUST BE ANSWERED/FILLED IN FOR FORM TO GO THROUGH.  THANK YOU!

    Spring/Summer 2018 Availability Survey

County or State Emergency Management, American Humane, Red Cross, EMS, Fire Department, Search and Rescue Team, etc.

Note that this is not a commitment to respond these dates, just a general guideline to determine approximate numbers of volunteers that "may" be available. Thanks!
If you will be leaving during specific dates not easily shown above please summarize here.

Thank you for your time.  Knowing ahead of time the number of individuals and resources we might be able to contribute if we are called will help us to provide appropriate information to the Payne County Office of Emergency Management and the Oklahoma SART.
Thank you!! Please remember to click submit and make sure you receive a confirmation message. Thank you!
